Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Maude Brown of Etlan were conducted Wednesday at Etlan United Methodist Church by the Rev. E. A. Robinson. Burial was in Etlan Cemetery.
Mrs. Brown, 93, widow of Luther Alfred Brown, died Monday, February 25, 1980, at Mountain View Nursing Home at Aroda. A native of Culpeper, she was the daughter of the late Jerry and Ida Dulin Shotwell. She was a member of Etlan United Methodist Church.
She ds survived by a daughter, Mrs. Esther A. Allen of Fredericksburg; two grandsons, George Alfred Beatley of Fredericksburg and Thomas Grimsley Brown of Sperryville; and eight great-grandchildren.
