Following a two-hour executive session, the board voted to release a teacher from contract, hire a new fifth grade teacher, approve two substitutes, appoint a legal advisor on a “property settlement” and authorize the chairman to “ask for clarification of correspondence with the attorney.”
Also in executive session, the board conducted the1 scheduled evaluation of the superintendent and assistant superintendent but made no announcement regarding conclusions of that evaluation.
