“There’s one teacher who roams around the halls because he has no desk...He carries his desk in his brief case,” said Ford, noting that lack of space prevents from teachers efficiently using their planning periods.

"The office is too small. The secretary has to be a Girl Friday...She has a Fibber McGee closet. 1 don’t see how she finds anything in there,” he said.
