In General District Court on Tuesday, Judge John Alexander found Levi Atkins Jr. of Amissville guilty of obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and assault, all charges arising from an incident that occurred June 13 between Atkins and Rappahannock sheriff’s department deputies.
