Plans are being formulated to use the revitalized theater on Gay Street, Washington, for a production, to benefit the Rappahannock County Library, of the world renowned Gilbert and Sullivan light and tuneful operetta. "H.M.S. Pinafore", under the direction of Don Bomberger, who is well known to Rappahannock and Front Royal audiences.
With presentation dates set for Friday and Saturday. October 3rd and 4th. rehearsals will probably begin August 25th a Monday, and continue each week thereafter Monday through Friday evenings.
Auditions are expected to be held August 18th, also a Monday starting at 7 p.m. at the theater, and it is sincerely hoped that anyone interested in the production in addition to those already contacted
