NOTICE TO
BUILDING CONTRACTORS
The Board of Supervisor* of Rappahannock County invite registered contractors to submit a sealed proposal for the belowdescribed work at the location indicated.
Renovation of the County Treasurer’s Office to include: (1) paint roof, trim,shutters and interior; (2) patch interior walls; (31 install ceiling trap door; (41 add new ceiling to front room; (51 add 10-inch insulation to attic; (6) install four additional wall receptacles; (71 install two ceiling lights with wall switch in north room and one ceiling light with wall switch in south room; (8) install forty linear feet of shelving.
The proposal and other data submitted by bidders will form the basis for a lump sum contract. Proposals are to be submitted in proper form as described in “Information for Bidders.” They shall reach the Rappahannock County Clerk’s Office by September 11, 1980 at 11:00 a.m. of which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders may arrange to visit she and obtain Information for Bidders by contacting the County Clerk’s Office 703-675-3621.
