It is true that the new Amissville dumpster site is in a swamp and if we ever have two days of rain none of us will be able to pass the first quagmire iq the driveway.
Surely the people who bought this property knew that it was a swamp.
Could you as a public service print a map of the other dumpster sites in Rapphannock so that the resident of Amissville will know where to go when the ground is soaked this winter? MARGERY K. ALBRIGHT
