In addition, the school board's vote not Jtf6 rehire Ford may have violated Virginia’s Freedom of Information Act, the suit contends.
Prior to the board's decision not to renew Ford's contract. RCHS principal Dennis Wingfield evaluated his teaching as average or above average in every category and recommended him for re-employment. Superintendent William Bloomer concurred with Wingfield’s recommendation for contract renewal.
