O'BANNON, ROBERTA J. COOPER, SILAS COOPER, ELLIS L. MILLER, TRUSTEE, MATTHEW WILLIAMSON, JR., TABERTHA SMITH, CHARLES WILLIAMSON, ELIZA SETTLE, JUDSON SETTLE, and B. J. WILLIAMSON, if living, or if any of them be dead, their widow-widower, heirs, devisees, and successors in title and any other unknown heirs of William H. Williamson and any other parties having an interest in a certain tract of real estate containing 37 acres located near Rock Mills in Rap pahannock County, Virginia, whose whereabouts are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, on May 8, 1981, William B. Settle, will apply to the Clerk of Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for a deed to 37 acres of real estate located near Rock Mills, Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was assessed by the Treasurer of Rap pahannock County in the name of William H. Williamson and sold at the delinquent land sale held March 10, 1930. You may redeem said real estate at any time prior to the execution of such deed by the payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk.
