ORDER OF

PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to quiet title in the Trustees of the Episcopal Church of Bromfield Parish to a certain tract or parcel of land, situate in Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on State Route 1001, described in the Bill of Complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, wherein it is alleged that the said Trustees of the Episcopal Church of Bromfield Parish have acquired said property, by adverse possession, by themselves and their predecessors in interest, for a period in excess of fifteen (15) years. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are parties who are not residents of the State of Virginia and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of certain parties, and these having been filed among the papers of this cause a Bill of Complaint wherein it is stated that there are or may be persons whose named are unknown, making such persons defendants by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN. It is ordered that the abovenamed parties and all parties made defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN do appear on or before February 19, 1981, to do what is necessary Jo protect their interests. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be puonsned once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk of this Court file a certificate of the fact of said posting in the papers of this cause.
