Program
A weight management program is being offered by the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic beginning February 6. The program will consist of nine, one hour discussion sessions on Behavioral Weight Management techniques. Classes will be held on Fridays at 12 noon at the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic.
The fee is $10.00 for the nine sessions but no one will be turned away because of inability to pay. Interested persons should call 675-3329 no later than January 28 to register for the program.
