To assist students in locating their home rooms, a directory will be located in the hall at the school's main entrance. Home rooms are identified by grade level and home room lists will be posted at the classroom entrance. Members of the Student Cooperative Association will be available to offer assistance.
Upon arrival at school each student will receive a handout containing important school information including regulations which govern student behavior at school.
An Administrative Assembly will be held in the morning for review of items related to school opening and the school year. Students will be made aware of class schedules, room and locker assignments upon completion of the assembly program.
Students enrolled for courses at Piedmont Technical Education Center will not attend their classes at Piedmont until the second day of school.
Once students are given copies of their class achedules, they will attend their classes on a shortened schedule. On the first day of school there is an early dismissal time of 2 p.m.
