Robb has invited to appear at the Seventh District Black Caucus meeting to be held on Sunday, September 26, but was unable to appear due to a scheduling conflict.
The invitation to speak at the meeting of the Culpeper Civic Council in a questionand-answer forum was issued by Mr. Shakespeeare Bland, the President of the Council.
