Bridesmaids were Miss Carolyn Ann Dodson of Warrenton and Miss Beverly Sue Atkins of Sperryville. They wore matching baby blue gowns covered by lace overskirts with a matching jacket. Their flowers were miniature blue carnations and baby’s breath.
Gregory Gark of Flint Hill was best man. Serving as ushers were Bryant Welch of Front Royal, brother of the groom, and Robert Lawrence of Marshall.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Flint Hill fire hall.
After a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains, Mr. and Mrs. Welch are residing in Washington.
