After placing the witnesses of $100 personal recognizance bond to appear at the January 4 trial, Robertson directed Douglas to supply the court with a valid address as an added condition of his continued release on $3,000 bond, noting that a letter sent by the court to Douglas had been returned with “addressee unknown.”
At trie conclusion of the hearing, Robertson met in chambers with the defendant, Baumgardner and Payne at Douglas’ request.

To the editor:
In concern about last week’s buck passing, I would like to share my feelings about the Christian Schools around this area. 1 believe it is the best thing that could happen to Rappahannock County.
Boy! You say anything about trying to do something that is worth while to help our children in this community and everybody starts talking about their hard earned money saved for peace and quiet. What harm could a little Christian School do that would disturb thd neighborhood? I would much rather hear a bunch of children praising the Lord.
Why is it when you see in the paper where someone has filed for ABC lisenses nobody kicks against that and in a few weeks you see that so and so got licenses to sell beer. When its many of the teenagers who are buying the beer. So why not try to close down the ones that are. hurting our children, not the ones who are trying to help them?
