Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the State Corporation Commission in its Courtroom in the Jefferson Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia on June 9, 1982 at 2:00 p.m. to consider the application of Michael T. Frye, ta Frye's Transport Service, for a certificate of public convenience and necessity as a common carrier of passengers by motor vehicle over irregular routes on an irregular schedule, authorizing the applicant to provide common carrier of passenger service within the Cities of Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Winchester; the Town of Fisherville, and the Counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Frederick, Greene, Madison, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Staunton and Warren, Virginia, submit to the following restriction:
RESTRICTION , (1) Service shall be limited to the operation of vehicles with a passenger carrying capacity not to exceed fifteen (15) persons.
Any person desiring to make a statement on this matter at the hearing need only attend the hearing. Any person desiring to participate in the hearing as a protestant shall file, on or before May 28, 1982, an original and ten (10) copies of a Protest with the Clerk, State Corporation Commission, c-o Document Control Center, P.O. Box 2118, Richmond, Virginia 23209, and simultaneously send a copy thereof to Michael T. Frye, 13 Cole Street, Luray, Virginia 22835.
