Tech Honors Two students from Rappahannock County have been named to the Dean's List at Virginia Tech during the winter quarter, earning a 3.4 grade point average or better on the University's 4.0 grading system. Earning the academic honors were David B. Miller and Laura W. Tupper. The son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Newbill Miller of Washington, David is a senior majoring in biology. Laura is the dauther of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Tupper, also of Washington. She is a freshman majoring in general arts and sciences.

A Daughter Mr. and Mrs. Page Moffett of Leesburg announce the birth of a daughter. Sally Page, on Sunday. May lb, 1982 at Loudoun Memorial Hospital. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond E. Fulmer Sr. of Quakertown, Pa. and Mrs. Jean B. Moffett of Washington. The Moffetts have a son, Billy, age two and a half.
