Warren County on vacation and liked the mountains so much that he decided to stay.
After ten years in business he added the machines and over the years he has expanded his selection of frames until he feels he has “just about anything anyone could want.”
He numbers many Rappahannock County people among his customers and one of them was also the fastest to leave his office. “We filled a prescription for Tom Massie once,” Miller said. “It was an emergency—he really needed them. Well, he came in at 6:00 and by 6:15 he was ready to go. He couldn't believe it."
Another customer broke his glasses late one night and had to leave early the next morning for a business trip. “We made sure he had them," Miller said. "He came in at 11 at night and we filled his prescription.”
Besides allowing more room for the machines. Miller thinks that a large display area for frames will allow customers to feel more comfortable about taking their time to select a frame.
“We like to leave them alone, if that's what they want," he said. “But we are available to counsel them on the right frame for their face
