In an update on fund raising events planned or contemplated. Charlie Tompkins reported that RAAC wilt hold a second block dance in Washington on September 11 and a bluegrass show in October. RAAC is also cooperating with the Rappahannock Players in the production of "Next Year Jerusalem" on October 15, 16 and 17 and tentatively plans to hold an art show on house tour weekend.
Tompkins noted that there are two avenues of input for ideas on future fund raising events. Proposals can come from the board of directors and RAAC’s fund raising and events committee and "from you all—the interested people in this community. You should be the primary voice.*'
