Retired Dairy Farmer
John Henderson Swain, Sr., 78, of Warrenton, died Monday, June 13, 1983, in the District Nursing Home. He was a retired dairy farmer.
Graveside services were conducted on Wednesday at the Warrenton Cemetery by the Rev. Richard Winter.
Survivors include three sons, John H. Swain, Jr. of Warrenton, James F. Swain of Middleburg and George D. Swain of Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. Katy Perryman of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one brother, Jackson Swain of Amissville; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
