A silent auction requires that each item has a separate bid sheet which lists a description of the item, the minimum opening bid, the bidding increments and a statement announcing whether the bidding is preliminary.
The silent auction will begin at 1:00 and end promptly at 2:00. If the bid sheet mentions preliminary bidding, the item will have final bidding in the live auction at two. Items not bid on in the silent auction will automatically go into the live auction.
Revenue from the silent and live auctions will go towards operational funds for the non-profit pre-school and day care center for the next school year.
