Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 1983, at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following Special Use permit applications
(1) Application No 200 Alfred J Wootton has applied for a Special Use Permit to build a second residence on his 18 acre property on State Secondary Route 643 in Jackson Magisterial District, in accordance with Section 2-1-2(19) of the Ordinance
(2) Application No. 201: James Edw, Swindler has applied for a Special Use Permit to remodel a tenant house on his property on Route 211, two miles west of Sperryville. in accordance with Section 2-1-2(19) of the Ordinance.
(3) Application No. 202: Earl F. and Betty L. Jewell have applied for a Variance from Sections 2-3 and 10-1 of the Ordinance to build a garage adjacent to their house located on State Route 626 in Stonewall Magisterial District near Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. (4) Application No. 203: Arthur and Margarett Smith have applied for a Special Use Permit to erect a 'Sperryville Indoor Flea Market Sign’ on Route 211 near Sperryville in Piedmont Magisterial District in accordance with Section 2-1-2(11) of the Ordinance
(5) Application No. 204: Central Telephone Co of Virginia wish to construct of concrete a pad eleven feet from Route 522 on property leased to them by Robert Metcalfe, on which to install telephone equipment, located near Flint Hill, Virginia, in accordance with Section 2-1200) of the Ordinance and a variance from Section 10-1. The above named applicants and any other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at the said time and place or to forward their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, at the Zoning Office.
