Judith Lynn Bloomer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Bloomer of Culpeper, formerly of Sperryville has been recognised by the 1966 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”
She is one of 69 students from the University of Richmond who have been selected as national outstanding leaders. Students were selected on the basis of community academic achievement, service, leadership^ extracurricular activities and potential for continued success. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.
