Hunt Club
An qipeil of a decision by Zoning Administrator Konick concerning whether or not a special use permit is required for the leasing of i«t>H to a hunt club was the source of some eonftision during the BZA meeting. Konick had decided that a special use permit is not required. Frank Reynolds, legal counsel for Richard H. Suib and others, asked the board for a continuation of the case until the January meeting since the appeal could be dropped due to an agreement that was in the process of being finalized between the parties.
Gordon E. Smith, the founder of the Trophy Hunt Club and the »»«» leasing the property, told the board that he would rather see the matter resolved on Thursday. Reynolds said that Smith had told him earlier in the day that the agreement was being worked out, and that his clients were not present and did not want to go through litigation if it could be avoided.
There were approximately six people in the audience who wanted to speak on the subject, so the board decided to hear their arguments. The board heard arguments that leasing
