Spoon about Vi cup mixture onto 2 lettuce leaves laid flat and slightly overlapping one another. Top with salmon fillet. Roll in lettuce leaves. Repeat until all fillets are wrapped. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover and bake about 12 minutes at 400°F. until fish is done.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill and remaining sauce. Serve with pasta. Serves 6.
