In Memoriam
J. RICHARD LATHAM
WHEREAS, J. Richard Latham has served as the Supervisor for Jackson District of Rappahannock County with great distinction for the past fourteen years and
WHEREAS, he has never failed to be a loyal, efficient, and devoted public servant, concerned citizen, and friend to the community, giving unselfishly of his time, talent and energies; and
WHEREAS, his colleagues on the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County wish to express their appreciation for his services and their sorrow at his passing;
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby expresses its deep gratitude to J. Richard Latham for his many public services and private sacrifices to Rappahannock County, its deep sense of loss at his untimely passing, and hereby conveys its heartfelt condolences to his family; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be sent to the family ofj. Richard Latham, published in the Rappahannock News, and spread on the Minute Book of the Board of supervisors.
