Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bailey and daughter Kirsten of Manassas and Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Cameron and children of Front Royal. They all enjoyed dinner at Country Coolan in Culpeper. The Campbells’ son Danny Campbell of Front Royal had lunch with them Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Gary Jenkins were overnight guests Christmas Eve of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Luther Campbell in Amissville.
Roger Menefee and Joyce Ann spent Monday with Mrs. Buddy Brown, Miss Melissa Brown, Mrs. Charles Brown and Angela Brown.

Watson named
to dean’s list
Dawn Elaine Watson has been named to the Dean’s List at Bridgewater College for the fall term, Dr. Dale V. Ulrich announced recently. Dr. Ulrich is 'the college’s Acting Dean for Academic Affairs.
To be named to the college’s Dean’s List, A student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.2 of a possible 4.0. All Bridgewater College Dean’s List students are also included in The National Dean’s List, a publication recognizing outstanding scholastic achievement by college students nationwide.
Miss Watson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Pendleton of Sperryville. She is a senior at Bridgewater, majoring in history,' political science and French.
