Object of Suit: This Is a suit brought to collect delinquent real estate taxes owed the County of Rappahannock through sale of a certain lot described in the caption above, said lot having been acquired by Robert B. Mason from Keith Dalton Curry by deed dated 21 June 1977 of record in Deed Book 124, Page 494 of the land records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shown on Tax Map 54 Parcel 10-A

Parties in Interest: The parties who may have an interest in this suit, the real estate* to be sold, and/ or the proceeds from the sale of the real estate are Robert B. Mason, or if he be dead, his heirs, spouse', personaf representative and assigns.

All parties who have, or claim to have, an interest in the lot described above which the County of Rappahannock is seeking to sell through this proceeding, or who may otherwise have an interest in the subject matter of this suit, must appear in this Court and protect their interest on or before February 10,1988.
