ORDINANCE
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 3,1989, at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a proposed Cable Television Ordinance.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to regulate the application, award, and operation of Cable Television franchises within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors.
A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, in Washington, VA, from Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30. A copy is also available for inspection upon request at the County Administration Office at the corner of Porter and Main Streets in Washington.
