Eastham joins company
' Jim Eastham joined the management team of Sperryville’s Faith Mountain Co. as vice president of finance and operations on Sept. 1.
Mr. Eastham brings to the Faith Mountain Co. 16 years of business and financial expertise. He was most recently a banking vice president specializing in business development and commercial lending. “As our banker, Jim was most helpful in assisting us in matters of money and banking. With our catalog distribution now in the millions we feel his financial knowledge and skills will be a valuable addition to our management team as we continue to grow,” commented Cheri Woodard, president and CEO.
Mr. Eastham is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and an honors graduate of VBB School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He resides in Front Royal with his wife and two children where he serves as vice chairman of the Front Royal ' Planning Commission and president of the Warren Memorial Hospital Foundation. He also serves on the boards of the Virginia Asset Financing Corp. in Vienna, Belle Grove Inc. in Middletown and chairs the Northern Shenandoah Valley Economic Development Network.
Mr. Eastham is the son of Dr. Edwin Eastham, formerly of Rappahannock County.
In addition to Mr. Eastham, the Faith Mountain Co. has recently hired Melanie Kopjanski as human resources coordinator and Tina Dunn as marketing assistant. Ms. Kopjanski brings almost 10 years of business management and personnel experience to the team, and Ms. Dunn has over six years direct mail, graphic design and marketing management expertise.
