for erecting non-standard models, Potomac Edison still expected the town to pay an approximately $8 fee 'on each light.
Mr. Barton pointed out that the town would not have to erect streetlights in areas lit by streetlights put up by the Inn, therefore saving the town approximately $4,000. Mr. O’Connell said that the Inn would like to creat a “square with lights all around it.”
The board decided to defer the Inn’s request until after the public hearing.

Approved Joy Benedict’s request for a new sign for her brokerage Real Estate III, located at 3 Court Row. The sign, 16 inches by 20 inches, will be beige and brown. ARB member Dwight Matthews suggested that the sign should have an edge around it to give it a “more finished appearance.”
