She was born on June 8, 1915 in Madison County, daughter of the late Clifton Jenkins and Callie Dodson Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband, Williams H. Brill of Stanardsville; her step-mother, Mary Weakley of Autumn Care Nursing Home; a daughter, Rebecca May of Ruckersville; a son, Thomas W. Brown of Woodville; three stepsons, William A. Brill of Culpeper, James R. Brill of Waynesville, Mo., and Michael W. Brill of Stanardsville.
Also surviving are a sister, Rosie Willisms of Stanardsville; three half sister, Lillie Jenkins of Etlan, Lucy Howell of Manassas and Alice Buckingham of Ocean City, Md.; three half brothers, James Jenkins and Lester Jenkins of Culpeper and William Jenkins of Luray; 25 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, May 17, at Ryan Funeral Home Chapel in Quinque, with the Rev. Mark Holder officiating.
Interment followed in the National Cemetery in Culpeper.
