Nordlingen, historic Augsburg (although it is a city it is just as romantic as the small towns) - eventually winding up in Fussen in the foothills of the Alps. In Fussen and in the surrounding area travelers are treated to some of the most beautiful and romantic sights in all of Germany, a country where unexpected delights abound at every turn.
