NOTICE
NOTICE Is hereby given pursuant to Section 26-62 o» the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, that the undersigned is petitioning the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, to permit the Clerk of such court to pay and deliver to the undersigned all money held by it to which Eva P. Clarke, a person under physical and mental disability domiciled in the State of Connecticut, is entitled and to permit removal of such property to the State of Connecticut. Due publication of this notice shall be made once a week for four successive weeks. Notice is further given that application will be made to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at it's courtroom at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of August, 1993 or as soon thereafter as Petitioner may be heard for the entry of a decree authorizing the Clerk of such court to pay and deliver to the undersigned all money held by it to which Eva P.
