Jessica Arnold, Amissville; is in medical school at the Governor’s School for Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia Campus, Richmond. Arnold is a student at Rappahannock County High School. She is studying human genetics at the Governor’s School this summer.
Thirty high school students from around Virginia were selected to attend the Governor’s School at MCV. Their studies include a mentorship with an MCV physician or scientist, work experience in a lab and volunteer activities in MCV Hospitals. The MCV Governor’s School is the only one of its kind in the United States. . '
