In Warrenton, Ethyl and Methyl team up as singing country women from Texas, combining sock-style , guitar and a cocktail snare drum with tight harmonies and off-beat humor.
Ethyl (Chris O’Connel) and Methyl (Maryann Price) will be joined by guitar legend Bill Kirchen and uninhibited bass player Moe Nelson.
The Warrenton concert starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 31 on the lawn of the old Warren Green.
The requested admission for each concert is $3 per person. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. All concerts feature a selection of door prizes donated by local merchants. In case of bad weather, the concerts will be held at local schools.
The Bluemont Concert Series works in partnership with local groups to present almost 300 cultural programs in 50 communities.
