Under a certain deed of trust dated MARCH 24, 1989, and recorded on MARCH 27. 1989 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of RAPPAHANNOCK, Virginia, in Deed Book 173, page 641, from JOHN M. AtKINS AND PHYLLIS K. ATKINS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND NELLIE KEYSER MITCHELL, UNMARRIED to LLOYD R COWNE AND CHARLES W. WHITTAKER, Trusteels), and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under said deed of trust the undersigned, having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee(s), has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder in front of RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY COURTHOUSE, GAY STREET, WASHINGTON, Virginia, on AUGUST 12, 1993, at 10:00 a m., the following described property located at STATE ROUTE 211, WASHINGTON, Virginia, and more particularly described as: Parcel 2: Beginning at a point comer to Parcel 1, and in the northern right of way line of U S. Gimbel, L.S., dated February 23, 1989.
