I just laid there and cried. He tried to have sex with me. I pulled his mask down. Then I knew for sure it was him,” the victim testified.
She continued her testimony, “He got mad. He sat on my chest and said he would have me have oral sex on him. He tried to open my mouth and I bit him. He said if I (fid that again he would beat the s— out of me. He then sat down and fondled me some more. I pushed him away and kicked him. He asked where my bathing suit was.”
Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke asked her, “What significance was that?”
The victim answered, “I was wear- * ing my bathing suit a few weeks before and he was looking at me. He said he was leaving after he asked about the bathing suit. He went to leave, but he came back in. He rolled me on my stomach and fondled me some more. He said, ‘Don’t cry, poor baby.’Then he left.”
The victim then testified that it was between 9:20 and 9:25 a.m. when he left. She said she was expecting her mother to come by at 10:00, and planned to report the attack to her since there was no telephone in the trailer. She put on her pants and shirt.
She said, “I was scared to death and did not want to go outside, but I went out and brought my dog in.” The victim said she didn’t go to a nearby store and report the attack from the pay phone
