Amy Dodson
Amy Pearl Dodson, 84, of Mount Pony Road in Culpeper wife of John William Dodson, died Tuesday, April 26 at University of Virginia Hospital.
A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Ellis Philip and Anna Laura Brown.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a brother, William Henry Brown of Petersburg; three nieces, Margel Fisher of Virginia Beach, Merle Daczewitz of Woodville and Elizabeth Hecker of Willis, Texas and a nephew, William H. Brown Jr., of Willis, Texas.
She was predeceased by a sister, Louise Marie Dulaney and a brother, Wilton Floyd Brown.
A funeral was held on Friday, April 29 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Everett McCormick officiating.
