Gov. George Allen signed SENATE BILL #641. This bill regulates all local governments (counties, cities, towns) to allow ALL manufactured homes built to the HUD Code to be sited, by right, under the same rules & regulations as a site-built home, in all areas zoned agricultural, or any other zone, no matter the name of that zone, where agricultural uses are the dominant use.
