Gov. George Allen announced several appointments to fill vacancies to various boards including the Rappahannock State Scenic River Advisory Board.
Three county residents have been named to replace three other county residents on the 18-member board.
E. Franklyn Warner of Castleton will replace Peggy Clark, Roger L. Cordani of Amissville will replace Robert T. Dennis, and William C. Paolicelli of Amissville will replace Hubert S. Gilkey III of Huntly.
All of these appointments became effective April 3.
