Maurice Ellington
Mr. Edward Maurice Ellington, 84, of Culpeper died on Saturday, April 22 at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Ellington is survived by his wife of 60 years, Locia Street Ellington; one son, Maurice Randolph “Randy” Ellington of Culpeper and one daughter, Mary Ellen Ellington Thompson of Madison.
Additional survivors include two sisters, Edith Ellington Green of Slate Mills and Mildred Ellington Wehmas of Richmond. ;
He is also survived by two granddaughters, Valerie Lynne Ellington Mills and Angie Tennille Ellington and four grandsons, Edward Carlin Thompson, William Lee Thompson, Stephen Christopher Thompson and Maurice Vaughn “Marty” Ellington.
He was preceded in death by one brother, William Marshal Ellington. ■
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 26 at Woodland United Methodist Church with the Rev. Stephanie Bush officiating.
Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.

Robert Woodall Sr:
Robert Joe “Bob” Woodall Srv 61, of Viewtown, died Tuesday at his home.
Funeral services were conductedFriday at Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel by Deacon Ed Christianson.
Burial was in Shenandoah; Memorial Park.
Mr. Woodall was bom Aug. 22, 1933, in Cucumber, W.Va., son of the. late Harry and LuVinni^ Wilson Woodall. He was a self-employed painter.
Surviving are his wife, Claudia Fizer Woodall; a son, Robert Joe Woodall Jr. of Viewtown; a sister, Betty Lou Boothe of Tazewell and a brother, William Dale Woodall of Tazewell.
Omps Funeral Home in Winchester was in charge of the arrangements.
Ethel Cave
Ethel Aylor Cave, 91 of Leon, died Friday, April 28 at the Culpeper Health Care Center.
She was born June 5, 1903, in Madison, daughter of the late Lucian E. and Sally Ford Aylor.
Mrs. Cave was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Reva.
She is survived by a son, Herman E. Cave of Occoquan; six grandchildren, Kenneth Cave of Bealeton, Frances Dodson, Mike Cave and Gloria Jenkins, all of Sperryville, Linda Buser of Woodbridge and Janet Cave of Alexandria; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert S. Cave and a son, Edgar V. Cave.
Graveside services were held on Sunday, April 30 at Etlan Cemetery with Rev. Gordon George officiating. Preddy Funeral Home in Madison was in charge of the arrangements.
