The Town of Washington, Virginia is soliciting proposals for the preparation of a study to assess what measures might be necessary to address storm drainage, absorption, and/or wastewater situations that may exist in town. Needs assessment shall be performed using all available data from the State Department of Health, local records and documents, wastewater flow estimates for individual customers, estimates of available septic system disposal area and evaluation of soil types and other information to identify any problem areas of the town and potential future problems areas.
If the need for centralized or localized treatment is established, a feasibility study will be authorized. The Town will solicit proposals for the design of any appropriate .
