By the time school started this Monday, the RCHS cross country team had been training hard for two weeks.
Last week, Coach Dave van de Graaff led them on early morning runs through Old Hollow, Gid Brown Hollow, and then from Five Forks to Fletcher’s Mill.
Their first home scrimmage will be against Page County next Wednesday on the course at the Bleu Rock Inn.
