The planners agreed to increase the density to eight rooms per 25 acres and to allow that density to be prorated for properties of odd sizes, so a property like Briargate could have 15 rooms.
The proposed amendments also increase the minimum acreage for a golf course to 150 acres and state that that acreage could not also be counted for housing density.
