Happy birthday to Allen Vest of Flint Hill on Thursday, June 26 and Carroll Racer Jr. on Monday, June 30.
Mrs. Kim Vest of Flint Hill, Ms. Ginger Estes and Mrs. Sarah Brown were among those who enjoyed a bus trip to Dresden, Ohio from Sunday until Monday and toured the Longerberger basket factory where they make those beautiful baskets.
Saturday, June 28 the Washington Baptist Church will have their annual picnic at the Rappahannock Park. Dinner will be at 6 p.m. you are invited to come and bring a covered dish.
Visitors Sunday of Mrs. Addie Keyser and Mrs. Virginia Cloud were Mrs. Jeanetta Pullen of Flint Hill and Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Keyser of Sperryville.
We are glad to report that Mrs. Virginia Cloud is improving with her broken ankle and is able to work a few hours each day.
Saturday guests of Mrs. Annie Hawkins were Mrs. Jeanetta Hawkins of Arlington and Mrs. Connie Snider and children, Samantha and Blake of Ashbum.
Wednesday night Mrs. Edie Falls of Woodville, Miss Emily Taylor of Sperryville, Miss Amanda Brown and Bobby Brown attended the conceits, No Doubt, Weezer and Luna Checks at the Nission Pravillion in Gainesville.
