ment bodies whose objectives many seem benevolent but aren’t. It will not happen, I am sure, but it would benefit all if every citizen would read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights every few years just to be sure we are not being denied our rights. As recent history has shown all too clearly, totalitarian regimes, whether communist or fascist, gained strength and ultimately complete control by gradually whittling away at individual freedoms, always accompanied by sensibly sounding reasons. There are far too many regulations and restrictions in America as it is. We don’t need more.
