Workshop Planned

A workshop, Feng Shui, expanding the knowledge, will be presented by Kathleen Peterson on Sunday, June 29, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center in Sperryville.

This workshop is for people who have a basic understanding of Feng Shui and wish to expand their knowledge. This will provide more information about how shifting the energy in the environment, to create balance and harmony, can improve your life.

Kathleen Peterson is a Feng Shui consultant, who has been consulting and teaching Feng Shui for the last six years. She has consulted for both commercial and residential clients throughout the U.S. For information or reservations call 987-7204 extension 1.

Open House at Oasis

Hartland Institute of Health and Education is presenting a fr£e Nutrition Seminar June 29 thru July 6. Topics include health lectures on boosting the immune system and healthy food demonstrations. The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department will have its anntfal Firemen’s Carnival June 25 through June 28. Family night will be held on Wednesday, the parade on Thursday, crowning of the queen on Friday aijd awarding of prizes on Saturday. Wednesday night rides will be $8 and the remainder of the week will $10. )
