The Bull Run Cloggers, a nationally-performing group consisting of 32 foot-stomping, hand-clapping dancers, are coming to the Town of Washington for its 22nd- annual 4th of July celebration next Friday.
This Northern Virginia based group was founded in 1984 with the goal of preserving the forms of traditional clog-dance handed down from the early founders of America.
The group, which ranges in ages from six “the very young at heart,” as they say, have performed for audiences at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and the White House Ellipse in Washington, D.C., and in other parts of the country.
