With the number of injuries reported due to carelessness in the handling of fireworks each year, plan on attending some of our local 4th of July celebrations. Little Washington always has a great display of fireworks, entertainment and family fun. Airlie has numerous activities scheduled for their sixth annual Piedmont Family Fair.
Children in our community are extended an invitation to attend Amissville United Methodist Church’s annual Vacation Bible School July 14 through July 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
